A “homemade style” delicate phyllo pastry triangle filled with spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, and a touch of garlic. 1 Box, 7 oz.
Our Kangaroo Filets can be used in any of your favorite recipes. Don’t overcook it! It will dry out quickly on a hot grill because it is so lean. Customers have described Kangaroo as tasting a lot like venison, meaning it has a strong gamy flavor. 4 per package, 4 oz. each.
Those new to Ground Buffalo should know it tastes very much like ground beef, in fact, many customers have said it is hard to tell the two apart. What is different, is that our Ground Buffalo is much leaner than beef. Best medium rare. 1 lb.
In the Dominican Republic, the local name for edible frog legs is: Mountain Chicken. Frog Legs are very versatile and can be baked, fried, broiled, and grilled. We give you enough to try it in all your favorite recipes. 5 lbs.
Alligator Tail Meat is a lean and mild tasting filet. As you probably know, the best alligator meat comes from the tail. Customers say it tastes like a mix of chicken and pork. 4 per package, 4 oz. each.
Ostrich meat is lower in calories, sodium, fat, and cholesterol than red meat. Like Ground Buffalo, (Item 570) our customers have said it is hard to tell the difference between Ostrich and Beef. Use it as you would ground beef. 1 lb.
