Our farm raised Catfish Filets (shown here in a Cajun Seafood Chowder) have a very pleasant and mild fish flavor.  An important ingredient in southern and Cajun cuisine, Catfish are excellent fried or baked.  8 per package, 6 oz. each.

Also called Rockfish or Rock Cod, our Grouper Steaks are excellent on the grill.  The meat of this fish is white, firm, and flakey, but more “solid” than a flounder or cod, which is why it holds up on a grill.  8 per package, approx. 6 oz. each.

Shown here fried, our Orange Roughy come from the coast of New Zealand.  Although it has been commercially fished for 30 years, it has recently become popular in the U.S. for it’s white flakey meat and has a very mild fish flavor.  It is best fried.  8 per package, approx. 6 oz. each.
Contrary to popular belief, Mahi-Mahi is not dolphin.  They are related to the dolphin family, but they are not mammals.  This fish is best cooked on the grill, as it is a “fatty” fish (similar to the marbling in steaks) and the fat will melt away on a hot grill.  8 per package, 6 oz. each.

Like our chicken fingers, our fish fingers are over-sized and a favorite of kids of all ages.  They cook up quickly in the oven and can be pan fried with a touch of vegetable oil.  A hearty lunch or quick dinner, they also make great sandwiches.  3 lb. package
