All of our beef is harvested from the top 12% of all beef cattle. Our Chateaubriand, which is basically a filet mignon roast, is the best of the best of the best! Our Rib Roasts are cut “Newport Style” meaning we have removed the wasteful long tails of bone and fat that are commonly found in other rib roasts.
