General Defrosting Instructions
The best way to defrost your food is overnight, in a pot of cold water, in the refrigerator.  When food is flash frozen, the liquid in the food freezes like a round water pellet.  The liquid in slow frozen food crystalizes and can tear into the meat fibers resulting in loss of liquid when defrosted.  If you defrost as slow as possible, your food will retain it's natural juices.
