If you like T-Bone steaks, you’ll love our thick cut lamb chops.  Our lamb chops are cut from the loin.  We gourmet trim all the excess fat and remove the fatty tail.  These chops can be broiled or pan fried, and even rubbed with garlic and seared on the grill.  4 per package, 6 oz. each.
